For a long time - in fact, since I first set up my BCF - I'd used a 
custom mapping on the BCF and everything got set up around that.  I've
since started using the BCF in Mackie mode and am perfectly happy with it,
but I've not gone back and tried the tablet again.  It wasn't a very good
tablet and had issues of its own.
