I made it possible to build Linux LV2 and VST versions through the DISTRHO-Ports project.

You first need to install these:
https://github.com/DISTRHO/DISTRHO-Ports

And then these:
https://github.com/DISTRHO/DISTRHO-Ports-Extra


If you have the KXStudio repositories enabled you can just "apt-get install pdpulp".
