Hi,

I use the former linuxDSP FC-70 all the time with Ardour, since the
Overtone stuff is linuxVST only there are some things to bear in mind..

 You need to run a plugin scan from Ardour to detect the FC-70 and for
Ardour to find it it will be a easier you install the FC-70 linuxVST
either manually or using the Overtone installer to either /usr/lib/vst or
/usr/local/lib/vst that way you don't have to define a custom plugin path
to Ardour... So first install the FC-70 demo to one of the destination
folders I just mentioned then fire up Ardour and go to
Edit-->Preferences-->Plugins-->Scan for Plugins. Let Ardour do it's scan
and then you should see the FC-70 in your plugin list...
