I'm not sure it works. I haven't got a message a while on the lmuse-list. Looking at the list of members at muse-forum it seems to have been broken a while.
Last registration was 08-12-2015, 09:35 PM and before that it was sort of a steady stream. You might have better luck emailing spamatica/robert directly.
