But indeed, session managers and qjackctl's Patchbay are very tricky. A script to restore a session, that also runs aj-snapshot is easier to use. Iwonder why e.g. Qtractor does restore all connections directly made with Qtractor, but doesn't offer an option to restore other connections needed for a session too. Some Linux audio software design needs improvement, but we should keep in mind, humans learn very fast.
