Some people likely do this already. However,
http://www.schoolholidayseurope.eu/germany.html#summer-holiday , during
or close to summer-holiday you unlikely will receive much replies from
employees.

IMO customer acquisition and introducing new gear or software can't be
done by driving one or two month though Germany. You need a technician
with a good reputation, e.g. an audio engineer VDT
( http://www.tonmeister.de/index.php?p=verband&sl=en ), you need to
advertise the product in professional journals and lend the gear or
software to studios, so that they can test it and you need to do it 12
month each year.

If a school ask for researchers in a Linux mailing list that makes
sense, but asking for "employees" to sell hardware and/or software in
Germany IMO gives the impression that it's just a crazy idea.

However, perhaps I'm mistaken and you have got a good plan. But your
plan at least lacks of understanding parts of the German mentality.

1. It's hard to find workers around the time of summer-holiday. Try
again later.
2. The job you offer in Germany got the derogatory term "Klinkenputzen"
and very few technicians with a good reputation like to do this job.
3. Employees already want to know the more about the product and/or
employer, the more "unusual" the job is and the more skills are
expected from the employees, before they get in contact with employers.

Good luck,
Ralf
