Not really important is what hw:0, hw:1, hw:2, hw:3, hw:4 and perhaps
hw:6 to hw:n are, anyway, please show the outputs of
$ aplay -l
$ arecord -l
$ amidi -l
it might be or might not be helpful to get an idea of the setup you're
using, but it doesn't harm.
