The bahnhof at Frankfurt Flughafen is small and wonderful. You will not have any problems if things are on time. I can't give you actual directions, though.

There is only a 15 minute difference between arrival and departure, so if at
all possible I'd like to get some idea in advance of where to go!
The return journey is much simpler through connections I know.
