Well, apart from the discontinuous alternate setting numbers, there
are problems with frequency feedback, and it uses big-endian samples,
and it requires setting the sample rate although the descriptors claim
it doesn't support that, and the MIDI port uses some M-Audio-specific
protocol.  But the driver has workarounds for those, uh, features.
