I just bought a edirol ua-1a, which although lacking the fancier specs 
of other cards available beats the onboard i810. I was at an rehearsel 
yesterday where it performed withoug any problems for 4 hours straight.

Tomorrow and satturday will be concerts, where I'm gonna use it.

I hope I'll find the time during the weekend to update my linux site 
with a description about exactly how things are configured. Would you be 
interrested in a link??

Basically my setup consists of a PIV 2.4G laptop running debian, kernel 
2.6.4 and csound controlled from two evolution usb keyboards + now the 
edirol...
