I'm guessing this is the same bug as in JAMin, if LADSPA_PATH isnt set it
cant find the plugins. When I make a fix for JAMin I'l mail it to patrick
too.

In the meantime just set LADSPA_PATH to
"/usr/local/lib/ladspa:/usr/lib/ladspa".
