Those look like usb driver errors. have you run lsusb and/or some of the 
other usb debug tools and sent to the usb-devel list?

That's strange I can run it for hours with no problems using -p 1024 -n3

Yeah. One day it might actually be possible to use all four channels at 
one time via jackd. I've only once been able to get it running solid and 
lately it has become impossible.
