There are a few methods.

You can use libasyn to direct any oss app through JACK.
You can use the alsa jack plugin to do similar
You can use a program called vsound which hijacks the audio before it 
gets to the oss driver.

I prefer libasyn but it is not compiling with the latest jack cvs. It 
will work with the stable release though.
