[linux-audio-user] Low latency patch for Mandrake 9.0 kernel

Actually, I know where to find the original patches. However, they don't 
patch successfully against the Mandrake 9.0 kernel source. Oh well, looks 
like I'll have to roll my own. Too much crap in the MDK kernel which I 
don't need anyway.
