Yes, I also think sweep is a good choice. It is one of the nicest editors
with only one problem: I cannot edit really large files (larger than
memory)

So for the usual 3-5 minutes interview it is fine, but don't try it on a
20 minutes stereo feature.

I think, I will also use sweep for fine tuning the LAD report ;) but to cut
the hopefully long interviews, I'll use Snd or maybe Audacity (which I
never liked in the past, but, man, has it come far!)
