Hi, 
Looks that your card doesn't have capture capability, I think that
the "c" on /dev/snd/pcmC0D0c stands for "capture" and the "p" in 
/dev/snd/pcmC0D0p stands for "play" (but I may be wrong)
try starting jackd with -P
