No.

You can make the 2x2 card 0 and the cs46xx card 1:

	alias snd-card-0 snd-usb-audio
	options snd-usb-audio index=0

	alias snd-card-1 snd-cs46xx
	options snd-cs46xx index=1

Why not simply use ports 72:0/1 when you want to use the 2x2?
