Hello - I am experiencing xruns and audio glitches on a new machine running PlanetCCRMA/Redhat8 with an RME hammerfall card and have recently discovered the problem: the motherboard chipset is unsupported by kernel 2.4.x and needs kernel greater than 2.5.12 fort DMA I/O can be enabled.
