[linux-audio-user] low-latency/preemptive kernel 2.5+ (rpm?) anyone?

Hello -

I am experiencing xruns and audio glitches on a new
machine running PlanetCCRMA/Redhat8 with an RME
hammerfall card and have recently discovered the
problem: the motherboard chipset is unsupported by
kernel 2.4.x and needs kernel greater than 2.5.12 fort
DMA I/O can be enabled.

Does anyone on this list have an audio ready
(low-lat/preemtive enabled) kernel rpm greater than
2.5.12?

Kevin
