Hi, I think Jan "Evil Twin" Depner and Mark Knecht have published documentation that describes IRQ priority ordering and Latency settings which are adjustable with lspci. Upon finishing your hdparm adjustments, I'd guess the IRQs would worth looking into. Ismael, I'm getting ready to build a new audio box and would be very interested in knowing more about the AMD problem that you refer to. Is there a benchmarking site or somewhere else that someone has documented this? If it's handy, please do post a link.
