Accroding to CCRMA some laptops can't schedule intteupts properly without
it, and I found I couldn't get low latency on my laptop without it, I've
got an inspirion 2500, without the ACAPI version of Planet CCRMA I
couldn't even get low lantecy running as root, but with the ACAPI I get
good results as a normal user.
