What distro and what kernel?
We are currently experiencing the same problem with ALL sound cards on
Mandrake Cooker. Could you test this on any other cards without changing the
alsa setup or kernel?
It would be VERY helpful for us to know that this is a kernel problem and not
an alsa problem.
