Hello Julien.

First time, I may be of help...
If you install the Windows program sfark, there is a command line utility called "sfArkXTc.exe" which you may execute using wine or wine-safe

wine sfArkXTc.exe FluidR3_GM.sfArk /x

worked for me.
So it seems to me, all you need is the ".exe". I can send it to you, I you want to.
You would need a working wine installation though (which might need X ?)
