Well, on my TODO list for FreqTweak:

 * filter modulation through MIDI and/or OSC
 * optional GUI-less operation
 * preset cross-fading (two independent requests for that :)
 * filter module reordering/insertion
 * maybe even a plugin interface for new modules to make development
   easier.

I don't think a LADSPA plugin version would provide enough flexibility,
the above list hopefully will :)
