This patch landed recently in linux-next as commit b10b5334528a ("media: 
camss: vfe: Don't read hardware version needlessly"). Sadly it causes a 
following regression on DragonBoard410c 
(arch/arm64/boot/dts/qcom/apq8016-sbc.dts):
