I had to apply the patch I just sent out:
"genirq: introduce irq_chip_mask_ack_parent()"
and then the following diff to make things work. But after that:

It works like a charm on the APQ8060 DragonBoard!

I would recommend you just fold the below into your series
and add the extra patch for genirq to your patch stack.
