Add configuration in probe for Centriq devices.

Add a command line module parameter to allow override of SCL frequency.

- correct probe patch to branch within QUPv2 segment.

i2c: qup: add probe path for Centriq ACPI devices
i2c: qup: Add support for Fast Mode Plus
i2c: qup: Correct duty cycle for FM and FM+
i2c: qup: Add command-line parameter to override SCL frequency

The version naming is a bit confusing here: cover letter says v2, patch
1 says v3, other patches say v1. Not a show stopper but confusing.

Thanks for the review given here, yet maintainers (Andy Gross and David
Brown) were not on CC.

I'd suggest to resend this with proper versioning and maintainers on cc.

Sorry for the version confusion. I incorporated an earlier patch into the series and wasn't sure how to mark that.

I'll send out another series with corrected version and the two maintainers on copy.
