On my dragonboard410c i'm experiencing a weird behaviour with the reboot driver: if i execute 'reboot' the board actually halts, while if i issue a 'halt', the board reboots. I'm experiencing the same behaviour on 4.14, qcomlt-4.14, 4.15 and 4.16 using defconfig - i have interposed uboot between LK and the 'real' Linux kernel, FWIW.
