From: Abhijeet Dharmapurikar <adharmap@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> The spmi arbiter device spawns spmi_devices which in turn spawn platform_devices for pmic peripherals. Move the arbiter's driver init to arch_initcall so that the subsequent devices it spawns get instantiated earlier.
