I'm not 100% sure. I'm afraid there may be SKUs with RT cores fused
off (as in, cut off from the rest, not "indicated unavailable") or
otherwise dysfunctional..

My guess would be that TZ probably has some sort of a LUT/match table
based on other SoC identifiers
