[PATCH v3 24/28] ARM: dts: qcom: msm8960: declare SAW2 regulators

The SAW2 (SPM and AVS Wrapper) among other things is yet another way to
handle CPU-related PMIC regulators. Provide a way to control voltage of
these regulators.
