[PATCH] remoteproc: qcom_q6v5_pas: make adsp_segment_dump static

This patch fixes the following sparse warning:

drivers/remoteproc/qcom_q6v5_pas.c:108:6: sparse: warning: symbol
'adsp_segment_dump' was not declared. Should it be static?

No functional change intended.
