[PATCH] cpufreq: qcom-hw: Fix memory leak in qcom_cpufreq_hw_read_lut()

If "cpu_dev" fails to get opp table in qcom_cpufreq_hw_read_lut(),
the program will return, resulting in "table" resource is not released.
