[PATCH 6/6] dt-bindings: soc: qcom: ipc-rpm: refer to qcom,ipc-rpm-regulator.yaml

Now we have bindings for the expected regulators subnode, refer
to the right qcom,ipc-rpm-regulator.yaml bindings.
