[PATCH 14/15] kbuild: rename CONFIG_GENERIC_BUILTIN_DTB to CONFIG_BUILTIN_DTB

Now that all architectures have migrated to the generic built-in
DTB support, the GENERIC_ prefix is no longer necessary.
