Some small nits here.

- s/!CONFIG_HAVE_ARCH_HUGE_VMAP/CONFIG_HAVE_ARCH_HUGE_VMAP
- Drop the extra line at the end
- Move the { } down just to be consistent with existing stub for pmd_huge_tests()
