[PATCH -tip RFC v2 12/22] x86/hw_breakpoint: Use NOKPROBE_SYMBOL macro in hw_breakpoint

Use NOKPROBE_SYMBOL macro to protect functions from kprobes
instead of __kprobe annotation in hw_breakpoint.
