Good, snazzy writing doesn't repeat words. You repeated "interrupt" twice in that first sentence. It also doesn't get my attention. Here's a more concise way of saying it, and also adding something to get the reader's attention: User Interrupts directly deliver events to user space and are 10x faster than the closest alternative.
