This is the 5.0-based version.

Since 4.20:
 - all new files are consistently GPL2.0-licensed;
 - AUDIT_ARCH_AARCH64ILP32 added to let syscall_get_arch()
   differentiate ARM64/ILP32 from ARM64/ILP32.
