[PATCH] vfs: support FS_XFLAG_REFLINK and FS_XFLAG_COWEXTSIZE

Introduce XFLAGs for the new XFS reflink inode flag and the CoW extent
size hint, and actually plumb the CoW extent size hint into the fsxattr
structure.
