[PATCH] selftests/futex: Fix futex_cmp_requeue_pi() error handling

An earlier (pre-kernel-integration) refactoring of this code mistakenly
replaced the error condition, <, with a >. Use < to detect an error as
opposed to a successful requeue or signal race.
