[PATCH mm-unstable v1 14/26] nios2/mm: support __HAVE_ARCH_PTE_SWP_EXCLUSIVE

Let's support __HAVE_ARCH_PTE_SWP_EXCLUSIVE by using the yet-unused bit
31.
