Hello, I have a question on mail-server (uses sendmail) and mail client(oulook express or microsoft outlook). Our mail server has never been set for daylight savings and is roughly the same time as our other servers. Our mail server was rebooted. Now, the incoming mail on the inbox folder displays the time on the mail-server which is not adjusted for daylight savings while on double-clicking the message on the inbox list, the timestamp on the message itself shows the correct time. This is happening for all clients since the mail-server was rebooted. I believe the mail-server timestamps outgoing mail with its own time. However we never had an issue with getting the correct times on the mail-server before. I was wondering if anyone has encountered something similar to this and could throw some light on it. Thanks, Tony. - : send the line "unsubscribe linux-admin" in the body of a message to majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html
