i use mailscanner (www.mailscanner.info i think). very easy to set up. it supports most major virusscanners as well as a few anti-spam solutions (spamassassin is what i use, works well too).

You use this for filtering outgoing mail? Maybe I'm just going blind looking at this screen too much, but I can't find anything on their site about filtering outgoing mail.
