This patch enables the x86 CPU bugs process functions support to Hygon Family 18h CPU: - Rename macro SPECTRE_V2_RETPOLINE_MINIMAL_AMD to SPECTRE_V2_RETPOLINE_MINIMAL_LFENCE, and rename SPECTRE_V2_CMD_RETPOLINE_AMD to SPECTRE_V2_CMD_RETPOLINE_LFENCE for sharing codes with AMD and Hygon to mitigate Spectre V2 Retpoline vulnerability. - Add Hygon's processor with no meltdown support in cpu_no_meltdown array.
