[PATCH 00/12] ACPICA 20180508

This is a release of ACPICA version 20180508

Notable commit: add deferred package support for the Load and
load_table operators. If possible, please get this commit in for
one of the 4.17 release candidates. This fixes a known issue in
the AML parser.
