[PATCH v1] ACPI / PMIC: Convert to use builtin_platform_driver() macro

All of PMIC OpRegion drivers can't be modules, thus, convert them to use
builtin_platform_driver() macro and remove redundant MODULE_*() macros.

No functional change intended.
