[PATCH 2/3] virtio, rpmsg: switch to dynamic_hex_dump()

Now that dynamic_hex_dump() has a fallback in the CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DEBUG=n
case we can kill the unnecessary ifdefs in the rpmsg driver.
