[PATCH 1/2] ACPICA: Linux: Enable ACPI_MUTEX_DEBUG for Linux kernel

This patch enables ACPI_MUTEX_DEBUG for Linux kernel so that the ACPICA
lock order issues can be captured by ACPICA itself.
