This patch currently breaks compilation of "allyesconfig" for x86 because HAVE_ACPI_APEI_SEA is really only supported for ARM64 at this point. Is making this config dependent on ARM64 the correct way to go about fixing this? Then, in the future when this support is added for other architectures, whomever adds the support can say this config depends on either ARM64 or whatever other architecture they add support for.

If this is not the correct way to go about this, please suggest how to get around this compilation failure.

Add a new GHES error source handling function for SEA. If an error
source's notification type is SEA, then this function can be registered
into the SEA exception handler. That way GHES will parse and report
SEA exceptions when they occur.
