3.12 is out, no more new ACPI/PM material for 3.13 except for fixes

Hi All,

Since 3.12 has just been released, I'm not going to take anything that's
not in my bleeding-edge branch at the moment for my first pull request
during the 3.13 merge window. And the stuff that's in bleeding-edge and
not in linux-next is just four commits waiting for build tests to complete.

So everything new except for fixes (and not too intrusive ones for that matter)
is now 3.14 material as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks!
